Open Workspace settings → Plans to see your plan, balances and available upgrades. Owners can change billing. Members and Viewers can inspect it; Support Associates do not have billing access.

Choose a plan

Default prices are in USD, before tax. Your Plans page shows the current prices and allowances for your workspace. Each self-service plan includes one agent. Hobby includes advanced models, attachments, basic analytics and integrations with Shopify, Slack, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Calendly. Standard adds Helpdesk, voice, telephony, outbound campaigns, API access (including Zapier), personalization, weekly auto-resync and advanced integrations: Stripe, Zendesk, Sunshine, Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot and Twilio. Pro adds advanced analytics and tickets as a source. Standard allows ten concurrent voice calls; Pro allows twenty. If your workspace needs a different number, contact Centillion: we can set your workspace’s limit above or below the plan’s. Plans shows Hobby, Standard and Pro, each with what it adds to the plan below it, and Enterprise. Choose Compare all plans for every limit and feature side by side. Yearly billing costs 20% less than paying monthly. Free is the plan a workspace has without a subscription; it is not sold. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Start 7-day free trial if your workspace is eligible, or Choose plan if it has already used its trial. Each workspace can receive one trial. Stripe Checkout requires a payment method and displays the payment schedule before you subscribe. Yearly prices show both the monthly equivalent and the full annual charge. New workspace owners also see these choices after creating their first draft agent, with Continue on Free available. Canceling checkout returns you to the plan picker. Completed checkout opens Plans and refreshes your subscription status. A plan becomes available when Stripe confirms it; use Refresh status if confirmation is still pending. For an existing subscription, review the exact amount due before choosing Confirm change. Upgrades and downgrades apply after any required payment. Stripe accounts for unused time. If extra payment authentication is needed, complete it on the invoice page.

Manage a trial

Plans shows your trial’s end date, days remaining and subscription price after the trial. Unless you cancel, paid billing starts automatically when the trial ends. If the price cannot be loaded, the rest of Plans remains available. To start paying sooner, choose End trial and start plan now. Review the amount due, including subscription add-ons and applicable discounts or credits, then choose End trial and pay now. This charges your saved payment method and starts a new monthly or annual billing cycle today. You cannot restore the remaining trial time. The quote expires after 15 minutes; if the subscription or amount changes, review a new quote before paying. If payment fails or needs authentication, your trial remains unchanged. Use Manage billing to update or authenticate the payment method, then try again. A trial scheduled to cancel must be renewed before you can end it early.

Credits

Plan and test credits reset on the first day of every calendar month at midnight UTC. They do not roll over. Annual plans receive a fresh allowance each month. Purchased recharge credits never expire, and plan credits are spent first. Each model request uses the rate shown in the model picker. A reply can make several requests when it uses tools. Each attached image and each PDF page adds one more request-rate charge. For example, a two-credit model with two images uses six credits per request. Voice adds six credits per commenced connected minute, plus model requests. Token counts are recorded separately. Playground and Compare spend message credits. Automated tests spend their test allowance; using message credits after it runs out requires consent. See Usage and Tests.

Add-ons and recharge

Paid plans can add:
  • Extra agents, $25/month or $300/year each.
  • Branding removal, $99/month or $1,188/year for the workspace.
  • Message credit packs, $40 for 1,000 credits.
Recurring add-ons use your plan’s billing interval. Enter an agent quantity or turn on branding removal, then choose Review add-ons. An existing standalone branding subscription remains managed in Billing. Auto recharge is off by default. Set a balance threshold, packs per recharge and maximum packs per calendar month. Review the per-charge and monthly amounts, then save to authorize automatic payments. You can disable it at any time. Payment failures stop further automatic attempts. A higher price or fewer credits per pack requires renewed consent.

Cancel or renew a plan

On your current plan card, choose Cancel, type I understand, then confirm with Cancel plan. You keep access until the trial or billing period ends, then the workspace moves to Free. Canceling during a trial prevents the plan charge. Trial access ends at the displayed expiry with no extra grace period. Saved agents and data are kept, but agents and actions above the Free allowance stop executing. Canceling also disables auto recharge. Recurring add-ons on the plan subscription end with it. A separate legacy branding subscription stays active until you cancel it through Manage billing. Before cancellation takes effect, choose Renew on the current plan card and confirm with Renew plan to keep the subscription. Renewal removes the scheduled cancellation without charging today or restarting the trial. Resolve any pending payment in Manage billing before renewing.

Invoices and payment details

Manage billing opens Stripe’s customer portal for payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Overdue subscriptions lose paid access until payment is resolved. A failed payment for a pending upgrade keeps the existing paid plan until the change succeeds or the original subscription ends.

Test billing

A Stripe sandbox notice means no real payments are collected. If online checkout is unavailable, the installation operator must finish billing setup.
