# Workspace settings

> Change your workspace image, name, and URL, or delete a workspace

Open **Workspace settings → General** from your workspace dashboard. Owners can
change the workspace details. Members and Viewers can read them; Support
Associates work in Helpdesk and do not have access to workspace settings.

Use **Plans** for subscriptions, capacity, credit balances and recharges.
**Billing** opens payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Only Owners can
authorize billing changes. See [plans and billing](https://cntillion.com/docs/workspaces/billing.md).

## Change the name or URL

Edit **Workspace name** or **Workspace URL**, then choose **Save**. The name can
contain up to 100 characters. The URL uses 3 to 64 lowercase letters, numbers,
and single hyphens between words.

Saving a different URL takes you to the new address. Share that address with
your team. Opening a workspace link still requires membership in that workspace.

## Add a workspace image

Choose **Upload image** under **Workspace image**. Upload a JPG, PNG, GIF, or
WebP file up to 5 MB. The image saves automatically and appears in your workspace
menu and future invitation emails.

Choose **Change image** to replace it or **Remove image** to return to the
workspace's initial.

## Delete a workspace

Only the primary owner can delete a workspace. Under **Danger zone**, choose
**Delete workspace**, type the exact workspace name, and confirm.

Deletion permanently removes the workspace, its agents, their data, and usage
records. Every team member loses access. Cancel an active email branding
subscription in [Billing](https://cntillion.com/docs/workspaces/billing.md) before deleting the workspace.

To keep the workspace and leave the team instead, transfer primary ownership
to another Owner on the [Members page](https://cntillion.com/docs/workspaces/members.md).

## API keys

Open **Workspace settings → API keys** to create or revoke a key for your backend.
Owners and members can manage keys. Name each key, choose its access, and
optionally set an expiration date. Copy the secret immediately; it is shown only
once. The list shows each key's prefix, creation date, last use, and status.

| Access | What the key can do |
| - | - |
| Full access | Send messages, read data, watch live conversations, and create, update, or delete agents and sources. |
| Monitor | Read agents, sources, and conversations, watch live conversations, and send [control commands](https://cntillion.com/docs/api-reference/realtime-monitoring.md#control-commands). It cannot change agents or data. |
| Read only | Read agents, sources, and conversations. |

Use the agent picker and **Copy request** to try your first chat request. See the
[Developer API](https://cntillion.com/docs/api-reference/developer-api.md) for streaming, agent management,
sources, and conversation access.
