# Product issues in Notion

> Group support reports into one bug and keep its progress visible

Several customers can report the same bug. Link their Helpdesk tickets to one
product issue to track the number of reports and affected customers in Notion.

Open **Integrations → Add integration → Notion → Issue sync** to connect a table.
Create a Notion internal connection with Read, Insert and Update permissions,
share the table with it, and enter its token and the table's data source ID.
This connection is separate from Notion pages used as agent knowledge.

The setup screen lists the required columns. Use `Name` as the title,
`Description`, `Centillion ID` and `Conversations` as text, `Status` as status,
select or text, `Priority`, `Affected users` and `Reports` as numbers, and
`Support` as a URL. Priority ranges from 0 (none) to 4 (urgent).

## Link reports

Open a Helpdesk ticket and use **Product issues** in its details panel. Search
the issues already linked to this agent before creating one. The title and
description you enter for a new issue are shared with Notion.

Reports from the same known contact count once in **Affected users**. Use
verified customer identity across channels so the same person has one contact
record. Unidentified reports are included in **Reports** but cannot all be
recognized as the same person.

## Edit and sync

Edit the issue's title, description, status and priority in Notion. Those edits
appear in the app after sync. Centillion updates counts and support links in
Notion. It does not overwrite the fields you maintain there.

The background worker checks for changes every minute; a backlog or provider
rate limit may delay updates. Open an issue in Notion's **Issue sync** tab and
choose **Sync now** to check it immediately. The **Support** link opens all
linked tickets and their customer context in the authenticated app.

Resolving a product issue does not close support tickets, message customers or
resume AI. Your team decides how to follow up with each customer.

## If synchronization needs attention

The issue displays any sync error. Restore archived pages or moved columns
before retrying. If creation timed out, locate the row and give it the issue's
**Centillion ID**. If no row was created, create a row with that ID. Sync will
reconcile it without automatically creating another row.

Only app-created issues and their reconciled rows are synchronized. The
connection does not import every existing Notion row. It exports support links,
counts and issue details; transcripts, attachments and customer emails stay in
the app. Turn off **Automatic sync** to stop new sync attempts; a request already
running may finish. Turn it back on to resume.
